Milk Tart / Melktert

Traditional South African sweet dessert

It is a sweet pastry crust containing a

creamy filling made from milk, flour,

sugar and eggs. Cinnamon is

sprinkled over its surface.

Simple really, "Heaven". Similar to a

custard tart just whole lot better.

Vanilla Fudge

Traditional South African sweet

By boiling and hand stirring a lot of condensed milk and sugar and then

letting it set.

Very similar to English Fudge just

a lot harder!
